Our Story

Old recipes,
one kitchen.

Fili Bakery is exactly what it looks like: a home kitchen in Sacramento, a permit on the wall, and trays coming out of the oven a few at a time. Every sheet of filo is layered by hand, brushed with butter, and baked until it shatters at the fork.

Alongside the sweets we bake the everyday things too — warm oregano flat bread, soft pita, and banana bread that never quite makes it home in one piece. Nothing is mass produced, and nothing sits around.

Trays, Boxes & Custom Orders

Planning a wedding, an office spread or a holiday table? We build custom baklava trays and mixed gift boxes to size. Give us a day or two's notice and we'll have it ready and still warm.

Call to Order Text to Order

We ship pastries to all 50 states. Baklava, banana bread, lemon cake and shortbread travel well and go out packed to arrive intact. Our breads and pies are pickup only — they're only worth eating fresh. Shipping is an additional cost, quoted with your order — it depends on the size of the box and where it's going.
